At the fair, among the stands of fresh truffles, craft breweries, and regional gastronomic excellences, Apecchio comes alive for three days with shows, music, and guests from the worlds of sports and entertainment. The characteristic taverns of the medieval village welcome visitors with traditional dishes and unforgettable atmospheres.
But Apecchio is also a land of mushrooms, such as the renowned St. George’s mushroom, locally known as “lo Spignolo”. And those who come here to savor the sweetness of the truffle paired with an excellent craft beer do so immersed in a spectacular natural setting: the three mountains—Nerone, Catria, and Petrano—which embrace the town and offer postcard-perfect views.
